WOW! I am sitting here with tears in my eyes. You are so REAL and so     RAW. Your emotions boil to the top and spill out into the most beautiful, coherent thoughts. I would buy anything you put out. I have always been drawn to people who speak from the heart, writers who do the same and movies that are about real events. Fake stuff stands out like Hollywood fluff. You, my dear, are the real thing.

They really touch me and I feel blessed to know someone

I hope you don't mind but I sent some of your recent poems to my daughters, sister and brother. They sure do admire you as I do. I was at a point where I got tired of them saying how strong I am, and me constantly putting on the "smile and the act" and so I vented to them, trying to get them to understand. I don't want their pity and hate making them feel so sad, just wanted their understanding and for them to know how it really is. I think your poems and emails help me to get my point across to my family. Thanks Sheree, and please don't charge me, LOL!!! Below is what my youngest brother wrote back; he's only 38, married with three beautiful children, but he sure writes to me with so much maturity and understanding which I never thought he had until now.

Nope, no way could your poetry and emails of your life bore me. I love to hear from you.....Still waiting for them to be published. Someday we're going to see you on Oprah's show. She loves books, as you know, and recommends the good ones. Yours will be different than all she has recommended and there are a lot of people out there (not subscribed to a widow/er list) who will read your poems and it will hit home and maybe will help them. They will know that others have the same feelings that they have and they will also know that they are not going crazy. Please keep writing Sheree; you have wonderful gift.

I guess that's what I have enjoyed most about your poetry. There is a healthy balance between
